The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, as it was situated in an awkward place at a height which was not even accessible to a normal height woman. However, it was close to the city centre and offered easy access to St Lambert railway station and buses. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with efficient soundproofing to counter the noise from the busy road outside.
The lack of proper parking facilities was a major downside, with the hotel having an agreement with a public parking that was far away and complicated to reach, especially if you had big suitcases. The parking ticket provided by the hotel was not recognized by the automatic terminal, leading to additional frustration for guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is close to the city centre. This made it very convenient for us to explore and enjoy all the attractions and amenities nearby. Additionally, the staff at this place were exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their friendly and attentive service truly made us feel at home.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.
